These terms apply to all bookings made directly with Samui Villa Rentals through samuivillarentals.com, WhatsApp or email. By making a booking you agree to these terms.
1. Bookings
- A booking is confirmed once we have confirmed availability and received full payment.
- The minimum stay is 4 nights. Bookings of 7 nights or more receive a 10% discount.
- The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for all guests in their group.
- The number of guests may not exceed the maximum for the villa: 6 guests for Villa One and 8 guests for Villa Two.
2. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) per night for the whole villa. Any other currency shown is for guidance only.
- Cleaning, electricity, water and Wi-Fi are included in the price.
- Full payment is due at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation by the guest
- 60 days or more before arrival: 25% of the booking total is charged.
- 30 to 59 days before arrival: 50% of the booking total is charged.
- 1 to 29 days before arrival: 100% of the booking total is charged.
Any remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method. No refund is given for early departure or no-show.
4. Cancellation by us
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking, we will refund all payments made for that booking in full.
5. Check-in and check-out
Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Check-out is by 11:00 am. Please contact us in advance if you expect to arrive outside these times.
6. House rules
- No parties or events.
- No smoking indoors.
- Pets are welcome on request only. Please ask us before booking.
- Please respect the neighbours and keep noise down, especially at night.
- Guests must follow any reasonable instructions from our staff regarding the villa and pool.
7. Damage and responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damage to the villa or its contents caused during their stay, beyond normal wear and tear. Please tell us straight away if anything is damaged or not working.
8. Pool safety
The pool is not supervised. Children must be watched by an adult at all times, and guests use the pool at their own risk.
9. Liability
We are not responsible for loss of or damage to guests’ personal belongings, or for events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather or interruptions to public utilities.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
